This compact shrub bears bright blue flowers in late summer. Heavily aromatic deciduous silver gray foliage is borne on spreading branches. Ideal in herb garden, rockery or front of border 1m tall x 1.2m
Cultivation tips: Caryopteris flourishes in most well drained soils, especially chalk. Prefers a position in full sun, tolerating hot dry conditions. Avoid planting in exposed / cold areas. Prune back previous years growth in spring.
