This low growing deciduous shrub with its wholly silver leaves and ground hugging habit is excellent in the mixed border or rockery. Attractive winter catkins give way to carpet of soft silver foliage in spring.

Cultivation tips: This dwarf willow will flourish in any moist yet well drained topsoil as long as it is not shallow or chalky. Plant in full sun or partial shade - but avoid planting in excessively dry / hot areas. Prune to maintain low ground hugging habit in winter.
