This golden green Carex developes into distinctive upright yet slightly pendulous clumps of fine hair like foliage. Looks good as a specimen in a pot or even better planted informally in groups or 3, 5 or more, where it can be dotted ammoung herbaceous plants and ground cover.

Cultivation tips: This slightly pendullus Carex grass grows in full sun or part shade but will tolerate deeper shade. Plant in any well drained soil, even sandy or chalky soils, mix in ammoung low growing perennials, ideally in groups or drifts.
