Cultivation tips: This popular evergreen bamboo grows best in light shade in moist fertile soils. It is larger than other Fargesia growing to around 3 metres. Avoid planting in exposed area in excessive sunny dry locations full. Ideal for nautralistic woodland planting or at the back of a border for tall screening.
