Allium 'Ivory Queen' is a low compact allium that produces balls of white blossom in May and June. Blossom is complimented by attractive leathery silvery-grey leaves. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun: these bulbs are particularly at home in a gravel garden. Buy 10 bulbs for £9.95 or 30 for £19.90 (inc UK mainland p&p; supplied as bulbs). To order, call 0330 333 6851, quoting ref GUPW198, or at our Reader Offers page. Delivery from September.
Cultivation tips: This tough low growing Allium prefers very well drained soils in full sun. Allium 'Ivory Queen' will cope well with poorer soils, including gravel soils, being well suited to planting alongside alpine plants. Plant as bulbs in autumn.
